  • Product Details
    Freedom Ropes: Freedom Ropes
    • Automatic Deflation: These deflators automatically release air from your tires and stop when the desired pressure is reached.
    • Convenience: You can screw them on and let them work while you attend to other tasks, saving time and effort.
    • Adjustable Pressure: The desired pressure can be set by adjusting the deflators.
    • Set of 4: The kit includes four deflators in a case, allowing you to air down all four tires simultaneously.
    • Saves Time: The automatic stop feature eliminates the need to constantly monitor tire pressure while airing down.
    • Easy to Use: Customers have described these deflators as being easy to use, with straightforward instructions.
    How to Use (General Idea):

    1. Set the Desired Pressure: Adjust the deflator to your desired tire pressure.
    2. Screw onto Valve Stem: Screw the deflator onto the tire's valve stem.
    3. Release Air: The deflator will start releasing air and automatically stop when the set pressure is reached.
    4. Repeat for all Tires: Repeat the process for all four tires.
    5. Hard-packed surfaces: 20-25 psi
    6. Deep sand or mud: 15-20 psi
    7. Rocky terrain: 25-30 psi
Remove Deflators: Once the desired pressure is achieved in all tires, unscrew and remove the deflators.
Why Air Down Tires for Off-Roading?
Lowering tire pressure before venturing off-road is a common practice for improving traction and vehicle performance.
    • Increased Traction: Lowering the pressure expands the tire's footprint, leading to increased traction, particularly on soft or uneven surfaces like sand or mud.
    • Smoother Ride: Reduced tire pressure allows the tire to conform to the terrain, providing a smoother ride.
    • Improved Flotation: On soft surfaces, lower pressure helps the vehicle "float" rather than sinking, improving traction.
